Questioning myself about a lot of things I find intentional art to be very helpful. Answers always come at the right moment. But there are moments when we could avoid stress or loss if we have answered some of our questions earlier.
Using Light language writing as a form of intentional art finding answers has been useful to me in many instances. Sometimes it is general anxiety build up, which gets resolved in the process of drawing, and sometimes it is a decision that is difficult to make seen clearer after the process of drawing. I sit down with myself and after setting the intention start drawing whatever comes. Most often first lines are chaotic and they get more clear and precise as I continue. Drawing with open-mind and noticing all the thoughts that come up - I begin to understand what the underlying limiting beliefs or traumas were blocking the natural flow of life.
Drawing until I find peace within and the answers do come the next day or sometimes even while drawing.
My question today was how pure the intention to share something with others actually is? Found out I still have some work to do with self worth or at least transform the negative belief to move on to the next question.
I recommend trying out this process of working with your own subconscious to achieve inner calm and clarity of decisions. At first the questions might be many, but drawing it one by one makes the process easier each and every time.
